A like is way for a Facebook user
to show their admiration or appreciation or a post they see on their news feed.
Liking a post will often relay that act to your friends on Facebook. In other
words your friends will be notified that you liked a post. Liking a Facebook
page on the other hand though doesn’t show up in your friends news feed. It
will however show up under the info tab on your page showing what pages you
like.
The
share button allows user to put in a personalized message into the post before
they put it on their timeline or in a group. When shared the post will come up
as if it was forwarded to your friends on Facebook. The actual blog or story
will come up with a headline and usually a picture is included with it. It
helps share stuff from the web onto Facebook.
Friends
are people who you can connect with on Facebook. You are also able to share
content with them once the friendship is confirmed. Mutual friends are users on
Facebook who you are not friends with directly, but they have are friends with
someone that you are friends with as well. Being friends is a way to stay
connected with someone and be kept updated in what is going on in their lives.
